Our Big Mamma BBQ smoker and grill is our largest pit and is capable of smoking over 700 lbs. of
meat and serving up to 2,000 guests! This pit is the wow factor of all BBQ pits you will ever come
across and is one of a kind. The Big Mamma is equipped with all the bells and whistles and is
completely self-contained. This pit is specifically for those who want to impress their guests with
the ambience and the wow factor as the king of all BBQ pits! This mobile BBQ Pit will smoke or
grill your ribs, multiple whole hogs, briskets, pork butts, sausages, chickens, seafoods,
hamburgers, hotdogs, and vegetables. Cook anything you like over a direct fire or offset smoke your meat for that Real BBQ Taste.
The trailer frame is approx. 18’ L x 6' W x 80” H and empty weight is approx. 4000 lbs. Includes a 2" ball type coupler, complete light kit and 7-prong wiring harness, safety chains and spare tire. This mobile BBQ Pit can be towed most full size trucks or full size SUV’s.

Pick up as early as 9:00 AM and no later than 3:30 PM and return next day by 9:00 AM
Weekend Rental: $698.00
Pick up on Friday as early as 9:00 AM and no later than 3:30PM and return Monday before 9:00 AM.
7-Day Rental: $1265.00
Valid Arizona Driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.
Rental cannot be taken out of the state of Arizona.
$125.00 non-refundable fee is required to reserve unit. This will be credited toward the total
when picked up. A $105.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is not returned in the same
clean condition as received. All customers are required to sign a Rental Agreement.

Description and Features
Main cooking chamber is 1/4" thick wall pipe 42" in diameter and 96" long. Main chamber has six angle-framed sliding pull-out grill grates and a 2" grease drain. A fullsize heat deflector/baffle minimizes hot spots in the main chamber. Main door equipped with counter weights and with 3" dial stainless steel easy-read temperature gauges. The firebox is the size of most BBQ smokers. 1/4 “thick steel wall pipe 18” diameter and 72” long. The firebox is equipped with two slide gate vents and two flapper gates for air ventilation to control temperature in the main chamber. The backside of the smoker has a steel warmer box that is attached the main chamber and equipped 2 doors and four racks capable of holding up to 40 pork butts or 30 briskets. The smoker is also equipped with dual washing sink for cleaning all of your dishes and utensils onsite and a hand sink for sanitization. A three gallon gas hot water heater, 25 gallon fresh water tank and 30 gallon grey tank is installed on the smoker.
